We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your purchase to make a return at which time a full refund will be authorized.
Where possible, please submit a request for return within 3-5 days of receipt of product. This will expedite the refund process and help us give you excellent and prompt service.
What items are not returnable?
As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, we are taking action to better serve you. For your safety the following items are not eligible for return: Blankets, Duvets, Comforters, Pillows, Intimates, Swim or Sportswear, Face Coverings, Scarves or Facemasks. "One of a kind" limited edition items such as AOP T-shirts are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged. Custom products, special orders, and personalized items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards.
How do I submit a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the electronic receipt or proof of purchase. We accept full returns due to damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products.
To start a return, please contact us . When your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your emailed request for return, and let you know if the refund was approved. When approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
